We are excited to announce our partnership with Simply Owners, a no-fee holiday rental site with over 6,000 properties across the UK, Europe, and the US. Together, we are working to make it easier for disabled travellers to find inclusive holiday accommodation within the UK.

This initiative will:

  • Equip property owners with tools, training, and support to accurately describe accessibility features.

  • Expand accessibility information beyond mobility needs to include sensory, sight, hearing and cognitive requirements.

  • Showcase inclusive destinations, businesses, and services through new destination pages.

  • Encourage minor accommodation improvements so more properties can welcome all travellers.

A lack of reliable accessibility information remains the biggest barrier to travel for the UK’s 16 million disabled people. By addressing this gap, we aim to unlock opportunities for holiday rental owners while creating a fairer, more inclusive tourism industry.

With Simply Owners’ unique direct booking model, guests can talk to property owners before confirming a stay — giving travellers with disabilities the confidence and reassurance they need.
